Delivery Information


We aim to provide Next Day Delivery (Monday to Friday) for all orders placed before 12.30pm (when your wine is in stock) to all Mainland UK Addresses.

For orders less than £150 freight is £9.99

For all orders over £150 freight is FREE.

We now also offer FREE SATURDAY SHIPPING (delivered by Midday) for orders over £150!

You can always order online and collect from our shop in Brixton. Just select the pickup option at checkout and we'll notify you when your wines are available to be collected.


In the event that you are not in when the courier arrives you will be left a contact card. You’ll need to contact the courier company directly on the number provided. APC will wait on your instruction for a suitable time to re-deliver for you free of charge. The goods will then be returned to The New Zealand Cellar if they have not been collected or re-delivered.

We strongly advise all customers to consider carefully where the goods are to be delivered. Our carriers need a signature for the delivery, so please send the goods to an address where somebody can sign for them.

We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order in accordance with our Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and we or our couriers reserve the right not to deliver the goods if we are unsure of this or to request some form of ID.

Alcohol will not be sold or delivered to persons who appear intoxicated

If the parcel arrives damaged you can refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to The New Zealand Cellar in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We will ensure a replacement parcel is sent to you within 10 working days. Or, you can accept the delivery – stating the nature of the damage and we’ll deliver the replacement bottles or offer you a refund.

We ask that you take the time to examine the parcel and if there is any damage please make a note of the damage on the courier’s delivery note when signing. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery by telephone to The New Zealand Cellar 020 38575 870.



In the event the current vintage is not available we will supply the next current vintage. If you do not wish to receive the next vintage please write us a note at checkout. Or email us at We’ll be happy to offer a return or refund should you not want the next available vintage.
